I went into this skeptical (assuming a big upsell was forthcoming) - but knowing that my garage doors sounded like it was going to break at any moment - I said "what the heck." CSS was able to come the next day, totally improved my garage doors, super nice guys - really top notch!

Technician quickly found source of problems and adjustments that needed to be made. Explained each problem area and how he would repair or adjust it. Found a safety violation over looked by home inspector. Technician had experience in home building at all stages.

Fantastic Service
I called to schedule a tune up on my doors and was able to get an appointment the same day. Jesse arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the doors. He didn't try to upsell me or give me something I didn't need, which is refreshing these days. I can't say enough good things about CSS. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, fair and a great value.

I called to make an appointment for a garage door opener tuneup and CSS came out the same day. The service was fast, thorough and informative. I never felt the technician was looking for extras to charge me with, in fact he saved me money. I would highly recommend them.

Great service - no hassle
My garage door stopped working on a Thu night. I called CSS on Friday morning and they sent somebody by Friday noon, who gave me a quote on a new garage door, which I took. By Monday, I had a new door and the installation went very well. The best part is that there were no surprises when I saw how much I had to pay. Great service overall.

Great Company, Great Service
I was having issues with my garage door and recalled seeing a "great deal" that Kudzu had offered with CSS Garage Doors. Unfortunately, my home was not located in the service area they listed but I called them anyway and spoke to Paul. He was very accommodating and offered me a "special" rate anyway and I made an appointment. Jesse arrived the next day and provided such great service by explaining what he was doing and what I needed to know for future reference. I would definitely recommend this company based on their excellent customer service and will call them again with any future garage door services needed.
